Since September, 2015, Vietnam Airline has applied the new service which serves more Vietnamese traditional dishes for guests on flights from Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City to London – the capital of UK.
Besides adding more new foods in the menu, other facilities are also redesigned to meet the 4-star standard. Menu sets are redesigned to be suitable for flights, outbound or inbound routes. Foods are more diverse and seasonal changes to meet the demand of passengers. In addition, passengers have had more choices for beverage, including cocktails, fresh tropical fruit juices, teas, coffee and popular mineral, flat and carbonated waters.
Since the carrier has started its 4-star service upgrade, the quality service has considerably increased. From January 1, 2016, Vietnam Airlines will also provide duty free shopping on all international flights.
Ranked on the top 100 best airlines in the word, 2015, the airline will continue to improve its service to reach the goal of five-star standard in the next 3-5 years.
