Day 1: Arrival in Hanoi (D)
International flight: your arrangement
Welcome up on arrival in Hanoi by local tour guide and driver at the airport, then we transfer to hotel in the center of Hanoi. Checking in and relax in the rest of the day.
In the evening, we enjoy our welcome dinner at a fine local restaurant in town. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi Tour (B)
Sites visited: Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the house on stilt, the Precedence Palace, Ho Chi Minh Museum, One Pillar Pagoda, the Temple of Literature, the Museum of Ethnology, Cyclo tour, Water puppet show
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
08:30 – 12:000: we meet tour guide and start our city tour. We will drive to Ho Chi Minh Complex, where we will spend a couple of hour to visit: Ho Chi Minh’s mausoleum, his former stilt-house residence, the Presidential Palace, the Ho Chi Minh museum and one pillar pagoda. Keep going to see the Temple of Literature: Originally built as a temple to Confucius, this is the site of Vietnam’s first university dating back to 1070. The temple highlights the importance that Vietnamese society placed then and now on education.
14:00 – 18:00: we will visit one of the most interesting museums in Vietnam; Museum of Ethnology, which is widely acknowledged as the best in the country and has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority people.
After that; we get back to city center where we take one-hour cyclo around the Old Quarter, known as the 36 streets, this bustling area of narrow streets is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. Before we go back to hotel, we will have chance to enjoy the unique Water Puppet show to hear to know Vietnamese traditional instruments and singing from the live musicians who play throughout the show.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay (overnight on deluxe junk cruise) (B, L, D)
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
08:15: we depart to Halong.
11:30: arrive at Tuan Chau Jetty, we stop at Pelican Café Lounge, relax then take tender to Pelican cruise.
Boarding and check-in with welcome drink, then the cruise starts through Cho Da, Dinh Huong, Ga Choi and Hoa Cuong limestone islets while a lunch is served on board. Then visit Sung Sot Grotto, the “Cave of Surprises”, before taking a swim in Titov Beach or Soi Sim Beach’s pristine waters. The vessel then cruises further to reach its overnight anchorage location near Ho Dong Tien or Luon Cave.
Enjoy the sunset from the sundeck or while swimming; then a dinner will be served on board.
Evening is devoted to relaxing in that peaceful piece of a setting, or to experience night-fishing from the boat’s deck. Overnight on board.

Day 4: Halong Bay – Hanoi (B, L)
Waking up early amidst Halong Bay and practicing a Tai Chi session on the sun deck at dawn, while the Natural Wonder around you is slowly waking up!
07:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at cruise’s restaurant.
Taking small boat to visit Luon Cave.
11:00: Lunch is served on board while the cruise goes back to Halong City for disembarking at noon time.
12:00: End of the cruise.
Notes: The itinerary can change due to weather, tide levels.
Afternoon, transfer back to Hanoi. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 5: Hanoi – Fly to Danang, transfer to Hoi An – Walking tour (B)
Domestic flight: by Vietnam Airlines at 11:00 – 12:15

09:00: we transfer to the airport for short domestic flight to Danang (1 hour, 15 minutes flight).
Welcome up on arrival in Danang by local tour guide and driver, then we transfer to Hoi An.
45 minutes driving, we check in resort and relax.
15:00: enjoy walking tour to visit the Japanese Covered Bridge, the Pottery Museum, Tan Ky old house, the Cantonese congregation, the silk street of Hoi An, the temples and pagodas of Chinese appearance.
Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An – Cooking class (B, L or D after cooking class)
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
Today we enjoy morning or afternoon cooking class tour at the Red Bridge cooking school. We visit Hoi An market to interact with the local sellers and purchase some of the ingredients to be used in the cooking lesson later. Then take boat alog the Hoi An river to Red Bridge Cooking school.
Explore the cooking school’s herb and vegetable garden, before learning about some of Hoi An’s and Vietnam’s well-known dishes. The cooking lesson runs for about 2 hours – each dish is first demonstrated by the Red Bridge chef’s, before we prepare the same dish ourselves. Included in the class is a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration).
After the lesson, we sit down and eat exactly what we have cooked.
Free at leisure in the rest of the day.

Day 7: Farmer & Fishing tour (B, L)

08:00: we meet tour guide then cycle to a local farming village traveling along picturesque country roads ( Bus or bike are option to choose to go)
Share in the daily work life of local farmers – hoeing and a soil, watering veggie at an organic herb garden, riding water buffalo in the field and enjoy the freshest air of the countryside beauty.
Board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat and cruise to the mouth of the river where it meets the Cua Dai Sea
Learn and try our hand at local traditional fishing techniques using round and cast nets
Learn to paddle the strange and unique Vietnamese bamboo basket boats.
Explore the now tranquil coconut-palm flanked waterways of a past war and hear of the extreme conditions endured by soldiers on both sides. Have a relaxed fun with catching beautiful purple crabs on bamboo basket boat.
Visit a local water coconut palm village, take a walk around the village and have some tea and snack with local talks……………
Back on-board our Hoi An Eco-tour boat, enjoy lunch and cold beer or soft drink.
13:30: Return to hotel

Day 10: Nha Trang – Island & Snorkeling tour (B, L)
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
08:00: transfer to Cau Da port, take boat to visit Tri Nguyen Aquarium on Mieu Island where many sea species of Nha Trang/Khanh Hoa province make a small ocean world. Mun Island is the best island for snorkeling where we can see lots of lives colorful corals and fish. We will also be able to see caves in which the sea swallows make their nest. Then relaxing, swimming & doing water sports or other activities at Mot Island, Tranh Beach Island or on a small island calling “Mini beach”. Taking a fresh lunch at the island. On the way back we will visit a fishing village before going to the shore.
16:00: Return to hotel and relax

Day 11: Nha Trang – Fly to Ho Chi Minh city (B)

Welcome up on arrival by local tour guide and driver, we transfer to hotel in the center city.

Day 12: Ho Chi Minh City tour & Cu Chi Tunnel (B)
Sites visited: Reunification Palace, Remnant Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Old Post Office, Cu Chi Tunnel
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
08:00: transfer to the Cu Chi tunnels, otherwise known as the “Iron Triangle” or “Iron Land”. On our way there we will drive through pleasant countryside; rubber plantations and rice paddies. Before entering the tunnels, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, followed by an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers.
14:00: we visit the Reunification Palace, the former Presidential Palace for the president of the South of Vietnam. After that we will visit War Remnant Museum, where we can see countless artifacts, photographs and pictures documenting about the second Indochina war. We also stop at Notre Dame Cathedral and Old Post office to get good shots for our memory of the big, modern city of Vietnam.

Day 13: Vinh Long & Can Tho MK7 (B, L)
06:00 – 08:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant.
08:00: check out and depart for Vinh Long.
Start biking to visit Phuoc Hau village, which is famous for vegetable plantations. We can see the process of planting, watering, harvesting…
Then, continue to have the wonderful boat trip to Can Tho. First stop at Cau Doi (double bridge) – Long Ho, we visit a busy boat yard where locals are building boats and sampans…
Have a short break in Ba Lang at a local house, walk to the rice field with an opportunity to see how the locals have a rice harvest; see how people are waving strong paper or bamboo to produce handicraft fruit plates. Keep on going to Ba Cang.
Have the special lunch on boat.
Afternoon, we have one hour biking and visiting My Hoa village where people are making many products from soya beans & tofu.
Have some snack and drink when crossing Lower River to come to Ninh Kieu quay of Cantho city. Check in hotel and relax in Can Tho city.

Day 14: Cai Rang floating market – Chau Doc (B)
Early morning, we take boat trip to visit the Cai Rang floating market with the busy sense right at the time. Then we keep on cruising through the small channels system, visit the rice noodles making village.
Back to hotel for breakfast
09:00: we transfer to Chau Doc where we will be relax before taking a boat trip to Phnom Penh at 7AM next day.

Day 15: Chau Doc – Boat trip to Phnom Penh (B)
06:00 – 07:00: Breakfast at hotel’s restaurant and check out
We take speed boat to Phnom Penh within 5 hours.
Welcome up on arrival in Phnom Penh and we transfer to hotel.
Then we visit to the Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum and Wat Phnom. Overnight in Phnom Penh

Day 16: Phnom Penh tour (B)

Today, we visit the Genocide Museum then head on to the Killing Fields. On the way to the Killing fields we stop at the bustling market of Toul Tumpong also known as the Russian Market.
Afternoon we visit the Independent monument and the Victoria monument.
Later in the afternoon we enjoy the sunset boat cruise on the Mekong River.
Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Welcome up on arrival in Siem Reap, we transfer to hotel. Relax.
14:00 – 18:00: we visit West Barray (the man-made lake built in 11th century) and the silk farm. Then we climb to the summit of Bakheng Mountain or Pre Rup Temple to view a spectacular sunset. Overnight in Siem Reap.

08:00, we visit Angkor Thom – the great city of the ancient Khmer empire. The visit includes the South Gate of Angkor Thom, Bayon and the picturesque Ta Prohm that had nearly disappeared into the jungle and remains overgrown, an oddly haunting and exotic scene. The magnificent roots of a tree, pushing between the huge stone blocks of the temple in a sort of embrace, evoke feelings that a visitor may remember forever.
14:00: we visit Angkor Wat – one of the wonder of the world. Overnight in Siem Reap
