Our guide and Vespa rider will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Vespa Café to start our journey. After briefing the tour, we will start by a Vespa scooter to the old city with the first station: Hue Citadel, known as the most famous symbols of Hue City. Then, the Vespa scooter will take you to our hand-picked local family run venues serving the best authentic Hue foods.

We taste the very first famous dish of Hue – Nem Lui. You can also find this food in many cities of Vietnam but Hue is the origin of this tasty food. Another cuisine is Hue Lemongrass Skewer with fresh vegetables and rice paper. Beside, Banh Khoai is also one of the best foods to try, which is Hue sizzling pancake with a special flavor served in a local restaurant in Hue Citadel.

Stop at a local family and taste Hue cakes, which were made by various ingredients with different fish sauces.  Come back to a new city, we will try the most famous beef noodle soup in Vietnam, called Bun Bo Hue, created by a combination with tender slices of beef and pork, lots of green onions and fresh aromatic herbs.
