    What kind of hotels you provide for Vietnam school trips? Is it included breakfast?

      Most hotels in Vietnam we provide are 3 star hotels or higher standard with modern facilities and good service within convenient walking distance to local highlights. The breakfasts are included with buffet style combine Vietnamese traditional dishes.

    Is it possible for our student to drink water on tap?

      No, the water on taps is not fresh for direct use. Bottled water or boiled water is recommended. Actually, we support one bottle of water for each person per day, you should not worry too much.

      February is wonderful time to visit Vietnam when the weather is quite cool that is suitable for outdoor activities especially school group.

  • Do you provide private transfers for our school group when coming to Vietnam?

      Yes, we offer our customers private transfer with air-condition as well as private junk cruises in the trip in Halong Bay or Mekong River.

      We strongly recommend you 5 Days Northern Vietnam School Trip for most highlights in Hanoi and Halong Bay. After arriving in Hanoi, you and your school group can have a visit and overnight stay in Halong Bay cruise, then explore some caves in Halong Bay as well as enjoy many activities during Halong Bay trip. You come back to Hanoi in the end of day 3 to take a rest and prepare for Hanoi city tour in the morning of day 4 and then leave Hanoi in day 5.

      Sure, we will arrange the meals for you as requirement. If you have any requirement for your meals (vegetarian, vegan, food allergies) please inform us in advance so that we can order and note with the hotels and restaurants.

      The longest tours in our program is 15 days, but we can absolutely make it longer by customize tours. Please let us know your travel date as well as number of participants in inquiry form and we will customize tours as your requirement.

      Generally, there is no best time to visit Vietnam. Because each season and place have its own characters. But the time between November and March is the most comfortable time to visit northern Vietnam when the weather is cool and dry.

  • Do our students need to bring cash to Vietnam vacation?

      Actually, they don’t need to bring cash during Vietnam school trips. But they can bring a little money for buying souvenirs as well as paying additional things throughout the trip. They can also bring Master card and Visa. Many stores and restaurants accept them.

    Is it safe if a group of 35 students visit Cai Be floating market by wood boat? That I see the boat is very small and I am concern with our safety.

      Yes, it is very safe. All of boat is for tourists and nobody complain about this boat. We will divide to small groups and each group will visit Cai Be floating market in private boat. It is small and suitable with Cai Be river transport system.

    Do all meals include in tour program? Our school are traveling Vietnam in middle December about 9 days.

      Actually, it is not at all. Some meals are included but some are not. It will be a great experience for students when they can be free to explore Vietnam’s cuisine… You can also customize this tour with our support. We arrange all meals include in tour program.

    Our students are interesting in 10 days Vietnam trip. They love exposing Vietnam folk song throughout the North to the South. Could you arrange the trip include visit folk song land?

      Absolutely, you can customize tour to visit the lands of folk song. There are many lands of folk song which were recognized by UNESCO as would heritage, such as Quan Ho folk song, Xoan singing, Ca Tru singing, Don Ca Tai Tu, Nha Nhac-Vietnamese court music. We will combine to visit and attend folk music show in Vietnam vacation.

    Is it safe for 20 students go kayaking in Halong Bay? How many students per one kayak?

      Yes, it is safe. All students are equipped with life jacket during school trip. We will guide students to use kayak and always keep an eye on them. 2 students are allowed in one kayak to make sure their safety.

  • Can you arrange other restaurant for our group if we do not like Vietnamese food?

      Yes, actually most of Vietnamese dishes are modified to meet your westerner’s taste. But in case you do not really like Vietnamese food, we can arrange western restaurants as your requirement.
