Regarding our visa service, there are 2 ways we can make the process easier for you:
- Approval Letter, Viet Vision Travel will apply for the visas at the Immigration Office on your behalf (costs vary based on your nationality). After 5-7 working days, I will send the approval document directly to you as a scanned attached file. All you will have to do is print this letter out and bring one copy to Vietnam. On arrival at Immigration Checkpoint, you will need to show the letter and pay US$25 / person for a visa stamp.
- E-visa, Viet Vision Travel's team will take care of you and apply online on your behalf, the visa charge will be US$25 / person (not including service fee). Please pay online right away after sending your information to us. After 5-7 working days, I will send your E-visa results to you as a scanned attached file. Vietnam's new visa policy effective from March 15th, 2025 extends visa-free stay for 12 countries from 15 to 45 days, while 12 others enjoy 14-90 day exemption.

Important notes regarding Vietnam visa exemption:
- British National Overseas (BNO) passport holders are not eligible for the 15-day Vietnam visa exemption. So, they need to apply for a visa to visit Vietnam.
- Visa exemption includes visa exemption for entry, exit, and transit.
- The visa-free stay period is counted from the date of entry.
