Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will be welcomed by the guide and then transfer to the hotel to check in. In the late afternoon, we will take a scenic drive to Baaza Land by private car, which is around 20 km away from the city center to enjoy Tonkin Show.

The Quintessence of Tokin Show is one of the most appealing shows in Hanoi on the stage. The show is daily operated (except Tuesday) and lasts from 7.30 PM to 8.30 PM. The Tokin Show draws inspiration from the spiritual history of Thay Pagoda and its untold stories.

Thay Pagoda was founded by a venerable monk name Tu Dao Hanh, and it was the ancient union between religion and the monarchy. This period has been shown by hundreds of performers, an interactive stage, technology, and a majestic setting, which all are the unmissable highlight of any trip to Hanoi.

Your dinner will be served in the Garlik Restaurant in Baaza Land.

After breakfast at the hotel, meet at the lobby of the hotel where the guide and driver are ready to take you to Pu Luong on the 150-km drive. The drive will last around 4 hours through the spectacular landscape and breathtaking panoramic scenery of the whole valley. Arrive in Pu Luong at around noon. After check-in at the hotel, have lunch in pleasant surroundings with alluring panoramic scenes and a peaceful setting.

In the afternoon, take a short drive to a Suspension bridge over Cham River where you can embark on your walking in search of stunning water wheels and understand how they work. Have a stop at a local fisherman’s house for a short rest. Then sit on a boat along the calm river and relish in the splendid scenery along the banks. Eventually, we arrive at Tan Lap Bridge, disembark, and have a vehicle to transfer back to Pu Luong Retreat for a savory dinner.

After a nice breakfast at the hotel, embark on your walk into the appealing valley which is opposite the resort. Transfer through the small paths, we reach the picturesque village sitting at the base of a towering mountain. Today is the combination of roads and farmlands, villages and wild nature, mountain and land, and finally is a beautiful spot to enjoy the savor picnic lunch.

After lunch, you will be free to swim in the refreshing water in the nearby river or take a shot of a photo before getting on the Tuk-Tuk and moving back to the retreat for dinner at Pu Luong Retreat.

Today will begin earlier than others since there have a lot of amazing things waiting for you. Have a chance to get closer to the life of the locals and their community on the hill above the Retreat by interacting with them. Strolling around the farmland and rice fields, talk with the locals and if you wish, you can help them in their daily work.

Hop on the car and transfer back to the retreat in good time for lunch right before a drive back to Hanoi. Have dinner at Ngon Village.

Today begins with a scenic drive to Halong Bay via Express Way. Upon arrival in Halong, you will be welcomed by our team on the cruise, located at Hon Gai dock. After a half-hour, the Experience Manager will assist you by boarding to start cruising in stunning Bai Tu Long Bay.

Check-in the cabin as we set sail from Vinashin dock to cruise among the myriad of magnificent islets (there stand many scenes in the film ‘Indochine’ were taken from here). The scene from Bai Tu Long Island will not disappoint you. After a set menu lunch at Can Chanh Restaurant on the deck, you have a free double of an hour for rest or enjoy a cup of cocktail and sightsee the stunning bay.

Later on, the cruise takes us to the area of Hon Co Island and Co Cave (also known as Thien Canh Son). Revel in the seductive view of Bai Tu Long bay from up high and the charming long white-sand beach of Hon Co Island. Relax on the beach, go swimming in the freshwater and explore the cave.

We then return to the cruise by a small boat and take a visit to Vung Vieng floating village. Board the bamboo boats so that the locals can row you around the village and witness the oyster pearl farming plots. We will then return to the boat by speedboat. After time watching the sunset and taking afternoon tea, you will attend a chef’s cooking demonstration and try your first-hand skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking in a stunning setting. There stands a series of evening activities, you can choose to enjoy our Movie Night, Board Games, Massage & Spa services, or go Squid fishing. Overnight on the cruise in Bai Tu Long.

The gentle lapping of the water against the boat and the tasty breakfast welcomes you! After breakfast, embark on the trip today by speedboat, and sightsee most of the stunning views in Bai Tu Long Island. Then we back to the cruise for the lunch in time, enjoying lunch while cruising back to the mainland.

Arrive back at the cruise dock for disembarkation where the driver waits to take you back to Hanoi. Enjoy dinner at Ly Club Restaurant and overnight at Sofitel Metropole Hotel in Hanoi.
