Day 1 Hanoi – Ba Be Lake (B, D)
Our trip should depart Hanoi at 7.30 AM, heading straight to center north of Vietnam. After about 2 hour drive, we will have coffee-break at Cho Lu (Lu Market), then start to enter the mountainous region where beautiful dramatic natural landscape alternates with ethnic villages located at the foot of the mountains. The drive will be slow-paced and peaceful, we will have a chance to stop to take photos, enjoy the views…
Upon arrival, we enjoy the well-established home-stay in Pac Ngoi, with the Tay people. Around 1 PM, we will spend a couple of hours to enjoy slow biking along village lanes to explore neighborhoods. Overnight in Ba Be.


Day 2 Ba Be Lake – Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast, we will stow our bags in the vehicle; then go to a small wharf in Pac Ngoi to enjoy a cruise on Ba Be Lake & Nang River. Our boat will anchor for a short visit Dau Dang waterfall and then cruising up stream for a couple of hours along the Nang River till around 11.30 AM. We will go ashore for lunch in Cho Gia, before heading back to Hanoi. Our trip ends around 6 PM in Hanoi.

      Pho Co that means Old Quarter or Old Street with the product that they traditional sold on (named hang). For example, Hang Bac (silver) is street which also buys silver, gold, jewelry; Hang Duong (sugar) is the street which is famous for selling all kinds of sugars and sweets.
