Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be Lake (L, D)
Today we will be collected from your hotel at 8.00 am. Follow your friendly tour guide to Ethnic minority museum at the beginning of your Ba Be trip. Here you can gain overall information about over 50 ethnic groups in Vietnam and more understand about rich Vietnamese culture. Continue your trip by a visit to Ba Be National Park after having lunch in a local restaurant. Then, head to Ba Be National Park for our night at a local guest house at Cho Ra town.
Day 2: Ba Be Lake – Homestay (B, L, D)
Get ready for a great day of the first-hand experience of local life! You will take a boat trip with your guide in the Nang River first, drift through Puong Cave with its thousands of stalactites. Puong Cave is a large and interesting place in Ba Be National Park for us to explore.
After that, experience the real life of locals here as browse through endless alleys of shop filled with various agricultural products of Cao Thuong market. Take a visit to Cam village, home to Dzao ethnic group and enjoy the lunch here. After that, down to the lower village to spend a night in comfortable homestay accommodation.
Day 3: Ba Ba Lake – Hanoi (B, L)
After breakfast at the homestay, follow your guide to immerse in beautiful scenes while boating along Ba Be Lake before coming back to Hanoi. On the way back, zigzag through narrow and winding roads surrounded by lush green rice fields, mountains, enjoy lunch in Thai Nguyen province to see differences between Bac Kan’s cuisine and Thai Nguyen’s before finishing your great trip at around 5 pm at your hotel in Hanoi.
