Day 1: Arrive Hanoi (D)
Transfer via: International Flight on your own arrangement
Accommodation: Hanoi Boutique 1 hotel
Upon your arrival at the Noi Bai (Hanoi) airport, our local guide will meet us and escort us to our hotel. The rest of the day is free to relax and recover from jetlag. Tonight we have dinner at one of the finest restaurant in Hanoi.

Day 2: Hanoi (B, L)

Sites visited: Ho Chi Minh Complex, Ba Dinh square, Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, Cyclo in Hanoi old quarter, Water puppet show
On this day we will first visit Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh complex followed by the Temple of Literature. In the afternoon we will visit Museum of Ethnology and explore Hanoi old quarter by cyclo (paddle rickshaw). In the evening we will enjoy the water puppet show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3: Hanoi – Halong Bay Day Trip (B, L)

Transfer: Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi (175 km)
Sites visited: Halong Bay, Caves
Special Meals: Sea Food on Junk Boat
In the morning, we depart for Ha Long Bay where we will take a private junk for a 4 hour boat journey around the majestic, secluded bay, now designated a World Heritage site. We will pass Dog islet, Cock fighting islet, Turtle islet and many more, stopping en route to visit the Dau Go and Thien Cung caves. A delicious, fresh seafood lunch is served on board. Upon disembarking, we will return to our Hanoi hotel for overnight stay.

Day 4: Hanoi fly to Danang transfer to Hue via Hai Van tunnel (B)
Transfer via: Vietnam airlines
Accommodation: Green Hue hotel
Site visited: Imperial city, Forbidden Purple City, Dong Ba market
After breakfast, we will be transferred to the airport to take flight to Danang. Upon arrival in the airport, we will be welcomed by our tour guide and transferred to Hue via Hai Van tunnel, along the way, we will stop at Lang Co beach.
In the afternoon, we will visit Imperial city and Forbidden Purple City. Overnight in Hue.

Day 5: Hue – Hoi An (B, L)
Accommodation: Pho Hoi Riverside resort
Sites visited: Perfume river, Thien Mu Pagoda, Khai Dinh tomb, Hai Van Pass, Cham Museum, Marble Mountain, My Khe Beach
We will take a dragon boat to cruise along the Perfume River. Visit Thien Mu pagoda, after that, we will take our van to visit to the majestic and scenic Emperor Tu Duc tomb. In the afternoon we depart Hue for Hoi An travel through the high pass of Hai Van with its spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean en route to Da Nang. We will visit: Cham Museum, Marble Mountain and then going to Hoi An for our night stay. Overnight in Hoi An.

Day 6: Hoi An (B)

In the morning, we will do the walking tour in Hoi An town, This quaint riverside town still boasts a wealth of century’s old traditional architecture. The influences of several Asian cultures can be seen in the old houses and waterside buildings. It is also famous as a place to be instantly created inexpensive tailored outfits. Day 7: Hoi An – Da Nang – Ho Chi Minh city – Cu Chi Tunnels (B)
Transfer via: Vietnam airlines @ 16:30 – 17:40
Accommodation: Sapphire hotel
Morning we will transfer to Da Nang airport to take the flight to Ho Chi Minh City.
In the afternoon, we will visit Cu Chi Tunnels otherwise known as the “Iron Triangle” or “Iron Land”. On our way there we will drive through pleasant countryside; rubber plantations and rice paddies. Before entering the tunnels, we will see a short introductory video showing how they were constructed, followed by an exploration of the maze of tunnels, some of which have been widened to allow tourist access. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters made by 500lb bombs dropped by B52 bombers. After that we transfer back to Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 8: (Saigon) Ho Chi Minh City tour & Mekong Delta (B, L)
Accommodation: Sapphire hotel
At 08.00 we leave Ho Chi Minh city behind and head to Vietnam’s rice basket, the Mekong Delta. We will pass through idyllic, rural scenes until we arrive at My Tho, a peaceful town on the bank of the Mekong River, where we will visit the Vinh Trang Pagoda. Next we will have a boat ride on the Mekong, visit local homes and orchards, a coconut candy workshop, a honeybee farm, take a sampan ride on palm-shaded creeks, try a taste of seasonal fruit and honey tea and enjoy a performance of traditional Southern singing. We return to Ho Chi Minh city.

Today we have free time at our leisure be for transfer to airport for our departure flight home.

Meals
If you have any specific food requirements (vegetarian, vegan, food allergies) please inform us in advance so that we can provide notice to our restaurant, tour guide or our partners so that they can server you better. If you are a food lover, Viet Vision Travel can be your culinary guide and provide you the opportunity to savor tempting local food and world-famous dishes.

Meals are included as specified in the itinerary. Meal codes are: B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner.

Breakfast -Each breakfast will be served in your hotel. Breakfast selections include both Vietnamese and Western dishes to meet every diner’s taste.

Lunch – Lunches are normally arranged at the Vietnamese restaurants near the scenic spots. Your tour guides will order food according to your appetite. Most are Vietnamese dishes, and some are modified to fit westerners’ tastes. At some of the meals one complimentary soft drink is served.

Dinner – Same as lunch. If you prefer to not eat Vietnamese food, Viet Vision Travel suggests you have dinner on your own. Your local tour guide can recommend some good western restaurants in the area.
