Vietnam participates in World Tourism Fair From 5 to 9 March, more than 30 Vietnamese companies gathered at the Berlin International Fair Center (Germany) to participate in the biggest World Tourism Fair with 11,147 companies from 186 countries and territories around the world. Vietnam was represented by 26 companies from Vietnam, 10 from Germany and 1 from the UK. The biggest display on Vietnam, around 200m², was organized by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism and Vietnam Tourism Association. Remarkable features of the Vietnamese delegation are the national and festive flags mixed with the Khue Van Cac symbol (from the Temple of Literature) and a lot of leaflets advertising the power of Vietnamese tourism companies. Such advertising activities in combination with a Vietnamese gastronomy kiosk organized by Mr Nguyen Van Khanh-chief of Vietnam Airlines representative office in Germany have won the hearts of visitors. Besides, the beauty and uniqueness of the traditional “ao dai” also attracted international friends. (Source: CPV)
