DECORATION FESTIVAL “WELCOME SPRING AND COMMUNIST PARTY OF VIETNAM” + Time: 1-11 January 2008 + Place: at all enterprises, schools, offices, public places... 2. SPRING FLOWER FESTIVAL FOR YEAR OF THE MOUSE + Time: 1-6 February 2008 + Place: Tran Hung Dao St. (between Le Loi St. and Hoang Dieu St.) and Nguyen Hue St. (between Tran Hung Dao St. and Phan Chau Trinh St.) 3. NEW YEAR’S EVE–YEAR OF THE MOUSE Place 1: Hoai river square + From 21:00, 6 February to 01:15, 7 February Vietnamese and international arts performance, folk game, lotto, traditional bingo, New Year calligraphy performance, firework, gala evening and beautiful dancing couples… Place 2: Hoi An ancient town + From 22:00 to 23:30, 6 January 2008 Group of New Year Welcome Procession in almost streets (departure round) + From 00:30 to 01:15, 7 February 2008 Group of New Year Welcome Procession in almost streets (return round) Place 3: Phuoc Trach Bridge and Tan Hiep Commune: Firework at New Year’s Eve. 4. OTHER ACTIVITIES: + Traditional bingo: at An Hoi roundabout, on 7 - 11 February 2008 + Volley ball exchange between Hoi An and Danang, at Ngu Bang–Chinese Assembly hall on 11 February 2008 + Entertainment activities, on 6 -11 February 2008 at almost cultural houses of wards and communes of Hoi An Town.
