This 3 day tour gives us to appreciate the “Soul” of life on the Mekong River and its tributaries. We firstly explore the area of My Tho & the Upper Mekong River. Here we board our boat enabling us to view this amazing area much as the locals do. Then we drive to Can Tho. Here we have chance to explore the biggest floating market in Vietnam, Cai Rang, gliding on the bustling waterways, we can shop at floating markets, eat tropical fruits in lush orchards, discover the art of Bonsai growing and being guests of the local family.

DETAIL ITINERARY
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - My Tho - Can Tho (L)
Depart early in the morning. Upon arrival at My Tho, take a boat to Con Phung (Phoenix Island) at a Mekong River estuary. Stop at a garden restaurant for lunch. Then cruise along natural creeks and quiet villages in Ben Tre Province. Visit orchards, bee farms, taste natural honey, honey wine and tropical fruits, listen to local music, visit a distillery and a local coconut candy maker. Then move to Can Tho city for overnight.
Day 2: Can Tho – Home stay (B, L, D)
Nice suggestion for early morning short biking or walking around the village and fruit gardens. After breakfast, row along the small and picturesque tributaries to the Cai Rang floating market (the nicest one with heaps of rowing boats). See the beautiful scenery and daily activities of the locals. Walk around the village, visit a rice husking mill. Disembark at Ninh Kieu quay, visit an ancient house (in Binh Thuy, 10 km from Can Tho) and Can Tho museum. Have lunch at a local restaurant then go to Phung Hiep, Can Tho city. Check in home stay in Can Tho. Enjoy a peaceful country life in Mekong Delta with many activities such as fishing, river bathing, and farming. At dinner time, you will prepare your dinner together with a local family and have cultural exchange. Today breakfast, lunch and dinner included
Day 3: Can Tho - Ho Chi Minh City (B, L)
Biking or walking around the village and fruit gardens or again joining with farmer with real activities. Check out home stay before noon time for a transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City, rest stop for lunch on the way back. Tour ends at your hotel in Ho Chi Minh City around 3 PMWhat's included ?
