3 Days Classic Sail Halong Tour

This three-day Classic Sail itinerary offers us the chance to enjoy the World Heritage site of Ha Long Bay from the luxury of our junk and explore Halong Bay in deep. Here we can relax on the tanning deck, swim in the blue waters and enjoy the best Vietnamese cuisine in the bay. There is also the option to explore Halong scenery by kayaks, visiting fishing village, explore lagoon and tunnel caves and swimming on untouched beach. This 3 day Halong explore tour offers the perfect chance to discover Halong Bay in style.

Day 1 Hanoi - Halong Classic Sail Cruise (L, D)
In the morning we will be picked up from our appointed hotel in Hanoi around 8 o'clock for Ha Long Bay. It takes us approximately three hours away, along the way we have a short stop at the Humanity Center run for and by handicapped children. Upon arrival at Ha Long Bay (approx. noon time) we will be transferred to our junk CLASSIC SAIL. Enjoy welcome drink, and once we have settled in we can begin our cruise around majestic Ha Long Bay accompanied by a delicious lunch. After lunch we have the chance to explore some of the limestone caves dotted around the bay with many spots such as But Moc islet, Cap De islet, Trong (Drum) cave, floating fishing village, with its unique way of life. Then head to Me Cung Cave, strolling around the cave before enjoy swimming at Ti Top beach or climb the peak of the mountain for a breath-taking panorama view of Halong bay. There will be traditional games available for evening entertainment and an informal Vietnamese language lesson. We have dinner then overnight on CLASSIC SAIL junk.

Day 2 Halong Bay Discovery (B, L, D)
After breakfast, we will transfer to smaller boat (Day boat) for whole day kayaking at 9:00. Cruising to Hang Ca, We will paddle through the tunnel and emerge into a crater lake, surrounded by impenetrable cliffs and gliding kites. The trip to this cave is dependent upon tidal conditions. We then continue heading to Tien Ong Cave, an untouched one with sparkling stalactites & stalagmites in different formations. We also have chance to enjoy a trip to Van Gia floating village; take a short time in Van Gia Cultural Center. Later the boat continue to Lan Ha Bay with stop in Ba Trai Dao for picnic lunch at 13:00 and then is time for bathing in white marvelous sandy beaches and kayaking in a quite, crystal water, limestone cliffs with many hidden small caves. It is rare time to discover unique of Halong Bay. If the time permits, continue to Ba Ham Lake that is dependent upon tidal conditions. Ba Ham or ‘Three Tunnel Lake’ is a shallow lagoon surrounded by steep limestone walls connected to the sea by three low ceiling tunnels that are only navigable by sampan at low tide. Late afternoon, we will go back to Classic Sail for dinner and overnight on board.

Day 3 Halong Classic Sail Cruise with Kayaking (B, L)
Rising to the tranquil beauty of Halong Bay we have time for an early morning dip followed by breakfast. This morning we continue to explore the bay by the visit Sung Sot Cave (Amazing Cave) – one of the biggest and most beautiful in Ha Long Bay. Here we will see thousand of stalactites and stalagmites with various sizes, shapes and colors. Those will definitely stir your imaginations. We then head to cruising to Luon Cave with different formations as: Man’s Head Islet, Turtle isle. After that we transfer to the other area of the bay, Bai Tu Long bay. A delicious Brunch will be server around 10:30. At around midday we will return to the main Warf before transferring to our awaiting vehicle for a 3 and half-hour journey back to Hanoi. We should be back in the capital at around 4pm.
