Dear Ms Anh,
On 26 December we arrived in Vietnam for the start of our Vietnam Highlights tour. We had fourteen of the most memorable days and the most enjoyable. We loved Vietnam and all the people we met. Your guides and drivers were marvellous and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They took us to places we never expected to see and we saw some of the beautiful country that is Vietnam.
Please could you let Mr Phong, Mr Minh and Mr Minh our guides and their drivers know how grateful we are for such a memorable and enjoyable time?...

There is nothing to complain about. Only a GREAT BIG "THANK YOU" to yourself and the very competent guides. They are true ambassadors to your country and I cannot stress how much we appreciated all that you organised for us.
We do not arrive home until 2nd May as we we are touring Thailand, then Malaysia, for a large reunion, thenthe last few days in Singapore.
Once again thank you very much for all of the arrangements and the fantastic tours which you organised, plus the food which was always wonderful...

I t was lovely to meet you at the beggining of our holidays. We have finally settled back to work after a wonderful trip. We were very impressed with the service your company provided during our stay in Vietnam. The 3 tour guides were full of information and very helpful. The drivers were fantastic. As you can imagine the traffic was quite overwhelming for us from Australia but the 3 drivers were excellent. The hotels were lovely and very central in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh, enjoyed our beach accomodation as well. Thank you very much for making our stay in your lovely country such an enjoyable one. We will definitely recommend your company to any one who is planning on visiting Vietnam in the future...

I want to add stg that may be it will help you for next customers . If you want multiple visa to Vietnam the price is 50 usd . The hotel in Can Tho Victoria Hotel, Siem Reap Hotel , Prince d Angkor are excellent . The guide in Siem reap and in Hcmc are very good person and very helpful . All the restaurants we or your choices very good...

Many thanks for arranging this trip for our family - we enjoy it so much specially the kids, unfortunately we can't see any rice field in tam coc as we seen in the picture as it's not in harvest time... ;-)
I like weather in Hanoi but more in Tam Coc most in Halong City, seems like less polluted and colder weather...
