Just short note with a big THANK YOU!! for all the arrangements you made for us; the holiday was fabulous and everything was exactly what we had hoped for. The Bassac cruise was probably one of the highlights of our holiday and your guides, drivers etc were all excellent.
Thank you so much for all the work you did for us, we are considering Vietnam again next year (probably Hanoi and beach??) so I shall be in touch again...

What a trip you orgainzed for us. Thank you very much - the trip was amazing and my daughter and I ahave fallen in love with Vietnam. Everything reached beyond our expectations. The Sampan cruise was wonderful and the guide Fe was a wonderful guide and very interesting and was able to answer all our questions...

We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Cambodia and Vietnam on the itinerary that you prepared for us. The guides were really great, punctual, friendly, very knowledgeable (particularly Vanna in Siem Reap) and very considerate (especially Setavi in Phnom Penh and Lok in Hanoi) of us and our needs especially as we were travelling with little ones.
The choices of hotels and sights to see were great and I really appreciate the flexibility that there was in the itinerary right up to the last minute - it all worked out really well. It was good to have our own dedicated vehicle so we could bring whatever we needed for the day with us and not worry about it as the driver looked after it and the cool water and towels were very welcome after a hot and sweaty walk around temples and other sights...

I just want to tell you how much we enjoyed our holiday. We all had the most wonderful time. I think I am in love with Hanoi. Cyclo rides in peak hour traffic are quite an adrenaline rush.
Our guides were all knowledgeable and helpful, they were also great company and contributed to our enjoyment immensely. Tu has such a great sense of humour and we shared a lot of laughs. It was hard to say good-bye to him.
Susan in Sapa was a great source of local knowledge and very helpful when I realised I would not be able to hike to the homestay. I am so grateful that she organised for the bus to take me as we all enjoyed the experience so much (as well as the rice wine). We were very lucky as the weather in Sapa was great and clear skys meant we have some excellent photos. I was surprised at how comfortable the train was.

On 26 December we arrived in Vietnam for the start of our Vietnam Highlights tour. We had fourteen of the most memorable days and the most enjoyable. We loved Vietnam and all the people we met. Your guides and drivers were marvellous and I cannot speak highly enough of them. They took us to places we never expected to see and we saw some of the beautiful country that is Vietnam.
Please could you let Mr Phong, Mr Minh and Mr Minh our guides and their drivers know how grateful we are for such a memorable and enjoyable time?...

There is nothing to complain about. Only a GREAT BIG "THANK YOU" to yourself and the very competent guides. They are true ambassadors to your country and I cannot stress how much we appreciated all that you organised for us.
We do not arrive home until 2nd May as we we are touring Thailand, then Malaysia, for a large reunion, thenthe last few days in Singapore.
Once again thank you very much for all of the arrangements and the fantastic tours which you organised, plus the food which was always wonderful...
