A dish of Elephant Ear Fish - The fish look like an elephant ear - prepared by a homestay in the Mekong Delta - Vietnam. Normally, the fish is cut in to peaces and  servered  with some kind of fresh vegetables and herbs. Rolled up by rice paper and deep in fish sauce or soya sauce to eat
