This museum was formerly known as the Exhibition House of American War Crimes. The museums exhibitions include some disturbing photographs of the Vietnam War, a real guillotine, a simulated "tiger cage" prison and jars of deformed fetuses blamed on Agent Orange. This museum houses some of Ho Chi Minh's personal possessions. It was once a French customs house.

The Fine Arts museum has sixteen showrooms exhibiting paintings, pottery, sculpture and a few weapons. This collection of rare historical treasures and artifacts is fortunately accompanied with helpful English explanations.
