Sapa climate is characterized by temperate and subtropical climate of Asia, so the weather is cool and pleasant all year round, the average annual temperature is 15°C.
Summer is not intense as coastal lowlands, temperatures is around 13°C – 15°C (night time) and 20°C – 25°C (day time). Winter is usually cloudy and very cold, the temperature may drop below 0°C with occasional snowfall.
From May to August in Sapa is much rain. The average annual rainfall is from 1.800 to 2.200mm.
Sapa has four seasons a day: morning is spring weather; the weather at noon is like in summer, usually mild and sunny; afternoon characterized by clouds and mist like autumn with cool and pleasant temperature and the night is cold winter.
